Delivery Details & FAQs

1. Where do we deliver?

We offer a nationwide delivery service across mainland Ireland including Northern Ireland.

2. How much does Online Delivery Cost?

There is a standard charge of €5.60 per 30kg for delivery (to check delivery price add product to cart, select checkout – the delivery charge will be across from ‘shipping and handling’)

(An extra charge may apply to large bulky items such as a sofa, mattress).

3. Delivery Process?

Your driver will contact you 24 – 48 hours in advance on the telephone number or email provided. If you cannot be at home to accept your delivery simply arrange for another adult to accept the delivery on your behalf. The appointed person must be available at the address to carefully check the product, sign and acknowledge receipt of goods. If nobody is home on the day of delivery all goods must be returned to the warehouse. The delivery team will not leave goods unattended in a “safe place” i.e. porch or side of house. A re-delivery charge will apply should you wish to have the goods delivered on another day.

4. When will my order be delivered?

Delivery time can vary from item to item. Most orders are dispatched within 2-6 working days, some products can take longer. Estimated delivery times on each item can be viewed on additional info within the product. Your order will be delivered by DPD courier service

Large item/orders:

On large item(s) or on fit out orders these can take longer and are generally delivered by our own delivery team, you will be contacted to arrange a delivery time which suits you.

(The information above relates to items that are in stock at the time an order is placed. Where an order lead time applies or the order is for customized or made to measure goods we will contact you to discuss delivery.)

5. Can I track my order?

Yes!

Once an order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email supplied.

6. What happens if I miss my delivery?

Don’t worry!

Your driver will contact you, 24 – 48 hours in advance, on the day of delivery on the telephone numbers provided. If you cannot be at home to accept your delivery simply arrange for another adult to accept the delivery on your behalf. The appointed person must be available at the address to carefully check the product (packaging on items can be opened and checked on site) sign and acknowledge receipt of goods. If nobody is home on the day of delivery all goods must be returned to the warehouse. The delivery team will not leave goods unattended in a “safe place” i.e. porch or side of house. A re-delivery charge will apply should you wish to have the goods delivered on another day.

8. Do you provide an Installation and Assembly service?

Yes!

We provide a full assembly and installation service contact us to discuss.

9. What should I do to prepare for my Delivery?

Here’s a quick checklist for your convenience:

• Please ensure well in advance that any Furniture/Bedding items you have ordered will fit into the room intended, paying particular care to dimensions and
measurements of product.

• Please check all required access routes and that there is sufficient access and parking for a large delivery truck to safely reach the delivery address.

• Don’t forget any lifts or elevators, stairwells, passages, corridors and landings
that your product must pass through.

Avoid disappointment and extra cost by doing all necessary measuring well in advance.

Please be aware that the delivery team will not attempt delivery if there are health and safety issues or where damage to your home may result and they will not remove doors and/or windows. Fees for re-delivery or cancellation will apply.

10. What should I do if there is a problem with my delivery?

11. What if I want my product(s) to be assembled, will delivery take longer?

Yes, depending on when the order is placed it will usually take a few days extra for delivery. We have set assembly routes that are carried out each week rotating from each province.

But don’t worry, we will keep you informed the entire way !

We are happy to assist you with the return of any items that are unsuitable.

Please be aware that all goods being returned must be in perfect condition in the original packaging.
